How to wash your Blæst Poncho:

When it's time to wash your poncho, pants, or other BLÆST products made from Blæst's Care Tech fabric, you can easily do so by following these steps:

Do not dry clean

Close all zippers, buttons, and cuffs.
Remove any reflective patches that can be detached. If your product has a belt, you should also remove this, if possible.

Make sure you wash the garment separately.

Use a mild detergent, but no bleach, softeners, or fabric conditioners. They can damage the fabric's water-repellent properties and colors.

Machine wash at 30º. If possible, choose a wash cycle that rinses the garment twice.

Hang the product to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Do not iron.

Water-repellent spray
Additionally, you can apply a water-repellent spray to the outside of the garment after washing for optimal water resistance. This has nothing to do with the garment's waterproof quality, but it makes it easier for water to roll off the outer fabric.

You can use water-repellent spray on jackets, ponchos, and trousers made from the Care Tech material.
