Shipping and delivery

Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days from when the package is shipped from us (Mon-Fri). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. Deviations may occur due to transit delays. Separate delivery times apply during sales and holidays. 

In our online store, you can choose from 4 delivery methods.

Remember to provide the correct mobile number and email address so you receive a pickup notification. 

Package to Mailbox - Posten (Free/79 kr)
We offer free shipping for all orders over 1800 kr. If your order is under 1800 kr, we offer Package to Mailbox for 79 kr.

The order is sent as a tracked package and delivered to your mailbox. The mailbox must be clearly marked with your name and address, and the recipient should be registered with Posten at the relevant address. We therefore recommend that you ensure your mailbox is clearly marked and that you check what is registered in Posten's address register and correct it if necessary. https://www.posten.no/adressetjenester/mine-adresser. If you choose Package to Mailbox, you are responsible for the package from the moment it is delivered to your address. Consider the security and value of the package, as Modo or Posten will not replace packages that are stolen after delivery.

Package to Pickup Point / Package to Pickup Box - Posten (Free/79 kr)
We offer free shipping for all orders over 1700 kr. If your order is under 1800 kr, we offer Package to Pickup Point for 79 kr.

The order is sent as a tracked package and delivered to your nearest or chosen Post i butikk (Post in store). Remember that you must pick up your package within 7 days. After that, the goods will be returned. If you do not pick up the package by the specified date and it is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of 300 kr.

Package Delivered Home - Posten (91 kr/170 kr)
We offer Package Delivered Home for 91 kr if your order is over 1800 kr. If your order is under 1800 kr, we offer Package Delivered Home for 170 kr.

The order is sent with tracking and delivered to your home. You will receive an SMS/email when the package is on its way, and you can change the desired date and delivery time yourself using the tracking link. We do not offer leaving the package unattended; if you are not home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point.

Pick up in store (Free)
You can choose to pick up your order at Modo Ålesund Storsenter or Modo Amfi Moa when you select the shipping method "Pick up in store".

Opening hours: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM.

Modo AMFI Moa, Langelandsvn 25, 6010 Ålesund.

Your order is ready for pickup once you have received an email notification. Please note: Valid ID and order confirmation must be presented.

Pickup deadline: 7 days.

Where is my package?

Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days after the package is shipped from us. A link to track your package can be found in the email you receive from us when the package is shipped from our warehouse.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If a package is not collected or received at the agreed delivery location, we reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred by us as a result. 

If you do not pick up your package at the post office and the order is returned to us, you will be charged shipping costs totaling 300 kr.

All attempts at fraud will be traced and reported to the police.
