Maria Black

Explore Maria Black at MODO. There is a wealth of jewelry in various designs and qualities, and Danish goldsmith Maria Black, who is also the name of the woman behind the brand, saw a growing gap in the market for women seeking fashionable jewelry. They were often forced to choose between cheap mass-produced items or very expensive and costly jewelry. In Denmark, they have always had a proud jewelry tradition and skilled jewelry designers. Precisely for this reason, Maria Black, with her talent and international potential, was also awarded a scholarship by Queen Margrethe herself, which enabled her to travel to London in 2009. Here she developed and created her first collection of elegant and timeless jewelry. The jewelry was innovative and eye-catching, yet still at prices everyone could afford, which was completely in line with what Maria Black herself wanted.
